SIMPLE KALE 

| Serves 2|

INGREDIENTS:

1 bunch of red, green or Lacinato kale
1 tsp butter
1 tsp tamari


INSTRUCTIONS:

    1.  Remove kale from stems by chopping or sliding the kale leaf off the stem.  

    2.  Chop into bite size pieces.  Steam kale in water in a sauce pan for 5-10 minutes.  Drain kale.  

    3.  While still hot, add butter and tamari and toss.  Serve immediately.
