Gardens of Eagan selects its tomato varieties for their outstanding flavor. While the world goes crazy over heirlooms, we focus on super-tasty tomatoes that grow on healthy vines, producing mountains of blemish free, juicy, sliceable fruits.

For  roma fans we grow true Italia hybrids, meaty and perfect for sauce. 

In 2009 we introduced the phenomenal Speckled Roman, a heritage variety  with wild golden stripes. Solid and oblong, like a roma, but brightly flavorful and  juicy like a slicer, this tomato will win you over for canning, drying or salads and sandwiches.
