Organic farming systems thrive on diversity and adding crops in the asteraceae family adds diversity to a farm dominated by our signature crops, broccoli, specialty cauliflower, and kale (all in the brassica family.) We grow varieties known for their mild flavor even in the challenging Minnesota climate.
